The hall opened in 1957 as the fifth hall of the University of Dhaka. Founders Day marks the anniversary.

Blood Donation Camp

The association blood network runs its quarterly camp with current residents.
The hall blood donor network holds a donation camp with a partner blood bank. Donors receive a free group test and a health check.
If you have not yet joined the network, update the blood group on your profile and switch on "available to donate" so students in an emergency can reach you.
